2017 - 2018  Yearly  Theme:

"Reading and Illustrating Books"

Each school year is structured around a theme. All subjects are integrated as much as possible into that theme.
This makes learning much more meaningful and fun! And...it is an adventure for both the students and the teachers!

All classes in grades K-8 will cover the following subjects:

Reading, grammarvocabulary, writing, math, science, social studies, history, geography, art & music.

Students bring school work home for their work at home days on Wednesdays & Fridays.

Meet our amazing K-8 teachers!

Kelley Williams - Kindergarten

My name is Kelley Williams. I have worked with children in different settings for over twenty years, and I believe the classroom is an absolute thrilling place to be. I strive to maximize the opportunities for our young learners to engage, share, and grow. When it comes to teaching all subjects, I have learned that you don't replace writing with geography or math with science for instance, you incorporate one into the other, giving the best potential for retention and enjoyment!

Michelle Boeckmann - Grades 1-2

Greetings! I would like to introduce myself as someone who loves investing time enriching the lives of others, especially children. I am a wife and mother of 3 boys and 1 girl. I have had the privilege of educating children for over 20 years. I have an important role as a K/1st teacher in helping each child build a positive foundation of enthusiastic learning so they can individually reach a level of success that is their fullest potential.  I am so excited to pursue my love of teaching and look forward to many Days of wonderful learning at this amazing school!

Cynthia Day - Grades 4-6

I think I am the luckiest person in the world, being able to teach the best grades ever!  I simply love this age and, in some cases, I have the distinct honor of having a student in my class for 3 years!  You will find my bio on the home page of this website.   There is just so much to learn and never enough time!  In my opinion, learning is life.
